Our 3D printing Capbilities
What’s 3D printing?
3D printing is also known as additive manufacturing. The special manufacturing method allows it to present complex structures and exquisite details. It is ideal for proofing and small-scale production. The 3D Printing technology mainly includes:SLA、SLS、SLM、MJF
- SLA
(Stereo lithography Appearance) - SLS
(Selective Laser Sintering) - DMLS
(Direct Metal Laser-Sintering) - MJF
(Multijet Fusion)
SLA processing is photosensitive resin. The printed surface is smooth and the accuracy can reach 0.1mm.The materials that can be printed are also diverse, and prototypes are generated directly from CAD data, which has fast processing speed and short production cycle, eliminating the need for secondary machining
SLS printing materials include nylon (90%), polymer, ceramics, gypsum and other powders. It is fast to manufacture, and eliminates the need for additional design support structures. It can be used to manufacture prototyping models, mold master molds, precision casting investment molds, cast shells and cores, etc
SLM and DSLM process metal powders, which can be pure metal powders or metal alloy powders. It enables the realization of complex shapes or internal features and allows the simultaneous production of multiple parts or combined parts, reducing assembly time and increasing production speed
MJF is HP’s proprietary 3D printing technology that prints nylon in the material of which it prints. It can print high-precision, durable, and detailed prints, even complex structures can be molded at one time, and high-quality functional plastic parts can be quickly printed with fine details and clean corners

Post-processing of 3D printing
Polishing
The process of creating a smooth and shiny surface by rubbing it, leaving a clean surface with a significant specular reflection
Vapor Smoothing
Exposing printed parts to vaporized solvent, eliminating layer lines and replacing them with smooth, glossy surfaces
Sandblasting
Propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants.
Glassblasting
Uses tiny glass beads instead of abrasive particles mainly for visual applications
Painting
Paint is applied in aerosolized form through pump devices at high pressure
Physical Vapor Deposition
A process used to produce a metal vapour that can be deposited on electrically conductive materials as a thin, highly adhered pure metal or alloy coating
Anodizing
Anodizing is an inorganic, electrochemical process that creates a protective coating of aluminum oxide over a finished aluminum surface.
Electroplating
A process that employs an electrical signal provided by an external power source to reduce cations of a desired metal in solution and produce a metallic coating.
Heat Treatment
Heat treatment involves heating a metal or alloy to a specific temperature and then cooling it to harden the material.
