What’s Vacuum Casting？

Vac­u­um Cast­ing refers to the use of the orig­i­nal tem­plate, the pro­duc­tion of a sil­i­cone mold in a vac­u­um state, and the use of PU mate­r­i­al for pour­ing in a vac­u­um state, so as to clone the same copy as the orig­i­nal tem­plate.

ABS-Like

High gloss, easy to spray, but not high tem­per­a­ture resis­tance

PA-Like

It has excel­lent strength, good wear resis­tance and mois­ture absorp­tion, long ser­vice life, chem­i­cal resis­tance, elas­tic­i­ty

PC-Like

High strength, high tem­per­a­ture resis­tance, good trans­paren­cy, but easy to crack

PP-Like

Low cost, good flu­id­i­ty, but poor dimen­sion­al sta­bil­i­ty

PMMA-Like

It has high trans­paren­cy and bright­ness, good heat resis­tance, good optics, light weight, low price, and easy to form.
