What’s Vacuum Casting?

Vacuum Casting refers to the use of the original template, the production of a silicone mold in a vacuum state, and the use of PU material for pouring in a vacuum state, so as to clone the same copy as the original template.

Main Vacuum casting materials

ABS-like

High gloss, easy to spray, but not high temperature resistance

PC-like

High strength, high temperature resistance, good transparency, but easy to crack

PA-like

It has excellent strength, good wear resistance and moisture absorption, long service life, chemical resistance, elasticity

PP-like

Low cost, good fluidity, but poor dimensional stability

PMMA-like

It has high transparency and brightness, good heat resistance, good optics, light weight, low price, and easy to form.

Soft-rubber-like

It has high strength, good toughness, wear resistance, cold resistance, and aging resistance. It also has high waterproof and moisture permeability functions.

Post-processing of Vacuum Casting

Painting

Painting is applied in aerosolized form through pump devices at high pressure

Powder Coating

The powder is applied with spray tools and heated to a chosen surface to form a color coat

Physical Vapor Deposition

a process used to produce a metal vapour that can be deposited on electrically conductive materials as a thin, highly adhered pure metal or alloy coating
